What time are check in and check out?

Check in is at 3 pm each day, and check out is at 11 am.

You may cancel your booking at no charge as long as a 24-hour notice is provided.

Are you located in Hermann?

No, we are a short distance just north of Hermann, Missouri.

Many guests enjoy the area and use our scheduled shuttle service to connect with the Missouri River Runner Amtrak train, access the Katy Trail, or travel to weddings and local attractions.

Do you offer shuttle service?

Yes, we offer a shuttle to and from downtown Hermann.

*$25 per person or $250 per group

**Shuttle runs Fri/Sat only or by prior arrangement. Please contact us to schedule.

Do you offer a hot breakfast?

Yes! Our hot breakfast is offered in our lobby from 6-10 AM daily. You can also enjoy a drink from our coffee and beverage bar from 5 AM-11 PM. The breakfast menu varies daily, but typical choices include an egg option (scrambled, omelets, etc), meat (sausage, ham, bacon), breads, yogurts, parfaits, and pancakes/waffles. 

Do you have a minimum night stay?

No—unlike many of the lodging options in and around Hermann, we do NOT have a two night minimum stay. You may book one night or as many as you like! We’re happy to have you.

Do you have a pool?

No, we do not have a pool on-site.

Are there special rates for group bookings?

Absolutely! You can fill out our group booking form  here, and our Group Travel manager will be in touch.

Are you pet friendly?

Yes! Your furry friend is welcome here. We require a $35 per pet fee, up to 4 pets. Learn more about our paw policy here.

Is Wi-Fi included?

Yes, free Wi-Fi is included with every stay. Our Wi-Fi password can be found in your check-in materials. If you’re having trouble, please contact guest services.

Are you smoke-free?

Yes, our property is smoke and vaping free. Smoking or vaping inside will result in a $500+ cleaning charge.

Do you offer senior or military discounts?

Yes! Seniors and AAA members get 10% off. Military and government personnel receive a per diem rate of $110 or $112, depending on room type.
